There’s important information everyone needs to know before going into any smoke shop:

     1. We do not sell drugs or drug paraphernalia, so please don’t ask!

     2. We do sell water filtered tobacco pipes.

     3. We do not sell bongs. If you even say the “B” word at Bad Habits, or any other smoke shop, you may be asked to leave.

     4. Please don’t talk about pot or any other illegal drug in our store. You can talk about drugs all the live-long day in the privacy of your own home, but special rules apply to smoke shops. So let’s keep it legal, okay folks?

     5. If you are under 18, you are not allowed to enter our store unless you are accompanied by your parent or legal guardian. You’re buddy who just turned 18 does not count, so you’ll have to wait in the car while he checks out our awesome store without you!

     6. We card everyone who looks under 30, unless of course you’ve been in the store so many times, that you’re practically a fixture and we can all recite your bithdate from memory because we’ve seen your ID and dazzling photo with it more than we see our own children. Other than that, you’re going to have to show us your ID. There are only a few things that count as legal ID, so please have at least one of these items ready when you walk in the store:

     1. Driver’s license or state issued ID card

     2. Passport

     3. Military ID

     We’re sorry, but student ID doesn’t count. It’s not us guys, it’s the law.

     7. If you don’t have your ID, it’s not our fault. So, please don’t be a B-hole to us because we’re not allowed to sell you tobacco or pipes. We don’t want to get in trouble with Five-O over a pack of smokes, okay?
